Feeding The Hungry, Serving The Community

We at RP Mission believe that nobody should have to go hungry. Our Annadanam Seva aims to offer a chance at hope and nourish-ment, one meal at a time, going beyond simply providing food. To ensure that no one in need is overlooked, we serve fresh, wholesome meals to more than 500 people three times a day.

So far, more than 1 crore people have benefited from our annadha-nam services across India. Even during the most difficult times, our commitment has never wavered. During the COVID-19 pandemic lock-down, we reached and served food to over 30 lakh people, often being the first to respond during such crises.

Our Key Initiatives

Daily Meal Distributions

We serve over 500 meals to the needy on a three-fold basis. Whether it's first thing in the moming, around lunchtime, or at dusk, we ensure that everybody, regardless of their 6 dition, gets to eat a hot and wholesome meal. Our meal delivery supports people in needy communities in every way we can.

Mobile Annadhanam: Reaching Those On The Streets

Most people do not have the privilege of sitting down to a meal. Through our Mobile Annadanam initiative, we take food directly to the homeless and street dwellers. Our volunteers travel acress the city, providing hot meals to individuals who rarely get to have regular food

Support For Orphanages & Senior Citizen Homes

Our mission is also carried out at orphanages and old age homes, where we provide children and the elderly with healthy, nutritious meals they might otherwise miss. These meats nourish not only the body but also bring joy to the soul, offering a sense of belonging and care to those who need it the most

Nutritious Food For Children Under 14

Good nutrition is the foundation of a child's growth, yet millions of children in India go to bed hungry. According to UNICEF, approximately 33% of children under 5 in India are underweight, and oh 45 million suffer from stunted growth due to undermutrition. At RP Mission, we are committed to changing this reality.

We specialize in providing nutritional food to children under the age of 14, ensuring they grow up stronger, fhealthier, and ready to face life's challenges with confidence. With every meal, we're not just filling empty stomachs, we are nurturing potential, and investing in a healthy future,

What We Provide (Weekly Basis):

To rural and government school students, we provide a carefully planned, wholesome food package that includes:

Black Kondai Kadalai (Rich in protein and iron).
Kadalai Urundai (Natural energy booster)
Ellu Urundai (High in calcium and good fats)
Millet-based food (High fibre)
Fresh fruit (For vitamins and hydration)
Organic Health mix (All round nourishment)

Feeding Devotees During Festivals

In addition to our regular services, we provide our Annadhanam Seva at temples on the occasion of bigger festivals and religious ceremonies. At these times, we provide free meals to thousands of pilgrims so that no one has to miss out on the celebrations because of hunger. These occasions give a special chance to serve the religious community, with the assurance that no ong, will go hungry while performing religious rituals.

Temples Around Tindivanam

We extend our Annadhanam services to several temples in and around Tindivanam, especially during local festivals and auspicious occasions, making sure devotees in the regions are well cared for.

Mailam Murugan Kovil, New Year's Day

On this auspicious day, we serve Annadhanam to over 5000 devotees, helping them begin the year with divine blessings and wholesome meals.

Sabarimala Devotees via Melmaruvathu

Melmaruvathur,home to the sacred Adhiparasakthi Siddhar Peetam, becomes a vital transit point for Sabarimala pilgrims. At our Dharamshala in Tindivanam, We Provide free food to thousands of devotees as they rest and prepare to continue their spiritual journey, particularly during the pilgrimage season.

Summer Relief Drive

Summer is especially harsh for those living without shelter or access to basic comforts. As temperatures rise, so does the risk of dehydration, fatigue, and heat-related illnesses, especially among the poor, daily wage workers, and elderly individuals

To ease their struggle, we provide free, refreshing drinks like fruit juices and neer Mor(spiced buttermilk) during peak summer months. These simple, hydrating drinks offer much-needed relief and comfort to those who otherwise go unnoticed in the heat.

Because sometimes, a glass of cool buttermilk can feel like the biggest blessing when life gives you so little.
