We anticipate that all donors will exercise prudence and care when making donations. We also acknowledge that errors might occur in making donations or donors might choose to retract their contributions. The Roshan Foundation is committed to addressing refund requests and will undertake necessary measures to facilitate refunds. We may seek clarifications and reasons from the user and additionally, request documents as evidence for the donation.
Please be aware that the Roshan Foundation is not obligated to provide refunds and reserves the right to decline refund requests at its discretion, especially if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
